史红帅（1975~），男，副研究员，陕西咸阳人，现任职于陕西师范大学西北历史环境与经济社会发展研究中心。目前，正在从事的研究包括：西安市城市历史地理、近代西北中西交流史、近代西方人在西北地区的探险与考察、近代西北西文史地文献的翻译与研究、清代生态环境史等。
史红帅
男，1975年出生于陕西咸阳。1990-1993年在咸阳市南郊中学求学；1993-1997年在西北大学历史学院历史系就读，1997年获历史学学士；同年进入陕西师范大学历史地理所师从吴宏岐教授攻读硕士学位，重点从事西安城市历史地理的研究，2000年获史学硕士学位；2000-2003年在北京大学环境学院（原城市与环境学系）历史地理研究中心师从于希贤教授攻读博士学位，继续从历史地理角度研究“后首都时代”西安城的发展变迁，以《明清时期西安城市地理研究》一文获史学博士学位。
2003年7月进入陕西师范大学西北历史环境与经济社会发展研究中心、历史地理所工作至今。2006年9月至2007年9月获得国家留学基金委员会、陕西师范大学青年骨干教师出国研修项目资助，赴美国中央华盛顿大学从事访问研究。
主持国家清史编委员会项目《<清史·生态环境志>资料长编》 、2008年度西安市社科规划基金项目《14-20世纪西安城市空间演变与少数民族文化发展研究》、陕西师范大学人文社科重点课题《西安宗教碑刻辑录与研究》 、陕西师范大学青年基金课题《19-20世纪西北天主教与基督教传播的历史地理研究》等国家、校级课题；并参加多项国家社会科学基金课题、教育部重点基地重大课题的研究。在《中国历史地理论丛》、《历史地理》、《中国古都研究》等刊物发表论文二十余篇。
已完成《明清时期西安城市地理研究》（中国社会科学出版社，2008年1月）、《西北重镇西安》（合著，第一作者，西安出版社，2007年6月）、《穿越神秘的陕西》（译著，三秦出版社，2009年3月）等3部著作，并参与撰写《古都西安的发展变迁》（明清部分）等论著。
目前，正在从事的研究包括：西安市城市历史地理、近代西方人在西北地区的探险与考察、近代西北相关英文文献的翻译与研究、清代生态环境史。
